Course Content
Trainers will be on hand to:
- Provide support for switchboard operators to ensure confident use of the console in a live situation
- Train individuals unable to attend any end user classroom sessions
- Answer any questions during the day
- Troubleshoot any problems
- Ensure seamless adoption and transition of new technology
- Allow project engineers to concentrate on the Avaya Communication Manager
