Course Content

Trainers will be on hand to:

  • Provide support for switchboard operators to ensure confident use of the console in a live situation
  • Train individuals unable to attend any end user classroom sessions
  • Answer any questions during the day
  • Troubleshoot any problems
  • Ensure seamless adoption and transition of new technology
  • Allow project engineers to concentrate on the Avaya Communication Manager
