Soft Console / One X Attendant

This course offering training on the Avaya Soft Console/OSPC/One X Attendant features and functionality. Switchboard Operators are educated on basic call handling.

Hand on training and exercises will be used throughout the course.

1 PC fully loaded with Soft Console software
2-3 phones to re-enact different scenarios
Remote Training Requirements Sessions will be hosted using either Webex or Microsoft Teams sessions
Attendees must have access to a PC/ Laptop that can access Webex or Microsoft Teams
Note This course should take place before a cutover

  • Carry out basic call handling
  • Transferring calls
  • Position busy
  • Operate the Night service
  • Use the directory
  • Editing and deleting entries from the directory
  • Using the programmable feature keys
  • Understand the busy lamp field
