System Manager
This course provides a general introduction to administering the Avaya Aura (CM). Delegates will be given a comprehensive overview of the system and will also gain practical experience of administering the Avaya Aura CM server to do basic adds, moves and changes.

Course Content
Upon successful completion, delegates will understand / be able to:
- Log into the Avaya Aura through ‘System Manager’
- Understand the Dial Plan
- Administer Feature Access Codes
- Understand the Media Gateways and voice terminals
- Administer an Analogue Station
- Adding/Removing a SIP Phone
- Logging On/Logging Off a SIP Phone
- Manage Endpoints – Typical Phone Setup
- Understand programmable features available and assign these to extensions
- Administer pick up groups and enhanced call pickup
- Create paging groups
- Administer Team Buttons, Bridged Appearances and Busy Indicators
- Administer Cover Paths, Coverage Answer Groups, Remote Coverage and Time of Day Coverage
- Create hunt groups
- Understand COR, basic toll analysis and COS permissions
