Xima/Chronicall/ ACR (Avaya Call Reporter) Standard &
Custom Reporting JAVA INTERFACE REQUIRED
This course gives delegates a good level of understanding of the Xima/Chronicall/Avaya Call Reports.
The course covers an in depth look into the full extent of reporting functionality available to
supervisors. Delegates will create and run reports as well as schedule those reports.
Bespoke reports can be created with the help of the trainer on the day.
