Cisco Attendant Console Training (All Versions)

This course offering training on the Cisco Attendant Console features and functionality. Switchboard Operators are educated on basic call handling. Hands on training and exercises will be used throughout the course.

1 PC fully loaded with Cisco Attendant Console software
Headset or handset connected to PC
2-3 phones to re-enact different scenarios
Attendant Username and Password
Remote Training Requirements Sessions will be hosted using either Webex or Microsoft Teams sessions
Attendees must have access to a PC/ Laptop that can access Webex or Microsoft Teams
Note This course should take place before a cutover

  • Parking Calls and reverting a parked call
