Cisco WebEx Calling

This course provides the basic knowledge that the end user requires to effectively, call and operate Cisco WebEx Calling using WebEx Teams.
In addition, there will be training provided for users with the mobile app.

Remote Training Requirements Sessions will be hosted using either Webex or Microsoft Teams sessions
Attendees must have access to a PC/ Laptop that can access Webex or Microsoft Teams
Note This course should take place before a cutover

Call Forwarding

  • Activate Call Forward

Webex Calling Mobile

  • Using the application on a mobile device
  • Connecting to a cisco device using the app

  • Using features on the mobile app
