Microsoft 365 Project

Microsoft Project is a powerful Project Management tool which can be used to develop a plan, create tasks, assign resources, manage budgets and analyse workloads so that you stay organised and focussed. It can be used in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, local government, retail, financial services and healthcare.
In this course users will learn to become more efficient as you will be able to prioritise tasks, anticipate change and set realistic goals.

Course Content

Upon successful completion, delegates will be able to:

  • Identify the basic features and components of the Microsoft Project environment.
  • Create a new project plan file and enter project information.
  • Manage tasks by organizing tasks and setting task relationships.
  • Manage resources for a project.
  • Finalize a project plan.
