Microsoft 365 Introduction
This course will provide users with an overview and introduction of the most useful features of Microsoft 365. This will include general navigation and customisation features of the user’s profiles. This course can be completely customised for each client as appropriate.

- Customising the Microsoft 365 Nav Bar
- Updating your Profile in Microsoft 365
Module 2: Using the Outlook Online Application
- Overview of Outlook Online
- Working with Email and Folders
- Outlook People and IM Contacts
- Using the Calendar
- Shared Calendars
- Outlook Tasks in the Web App
- Setting Outlook Options, Signatures, Automatic Replies and Rules
