- 2x Teams Voice Train the trainer session (up to 2 hours)
Training Room Requirements | Meeting Room TV/Projector PC/ Laptop with Teams installed per user 3 client test accounts must be provided |
Remote Training Requirements | Sessions will be hosted using Microsoft Teams Attendees must have access to a PC/ Laptop that can access Microsoft Teams 3 client test accounts must be provided |
Note | This course should take place before a cutover |
Course Content
The Communications and Training Workshop provides an in-depth look at designing and improving an organization’s communications campaign and training program. Participants will learn best practices on how to develop a coherent and compelling message to target audiences/stakeholders specifically for Teams Voice deployments.
The Training section will look at the logistics of training and the requirement of specific stakeholders and help come up with an appropriate training/onboarding plan.
Communications Workshop
Objectives
- Understand the best communications approach
- Understand branding approval guidelines required and timescales
- Agree communication channels
- Identify key target audience/stakeholders
- Define tailored messaging
- Understand key dates
- Understand importance of an appropriate communications plan (Local or global)
- Input into OCM recommendation and Risk log
Training workshop

- Review training history
- Identify current process and resource for training & coordination & approval
- Requirements for specific stakeholders
- Discuss training logistics
- ‘Train the trainer’ or ‘End User‘ training requirements
- Develop Training/onboarding plan
