Teams Meeting Rooms

This course will show key users how to use Teams Meeting rooms. Various scenarios will be covered and explained.

Key users that need training normally work within one of the following areas:

  • Secretaries/PA’s/EA’s
  • Front of house / Receptionists
  • Team Co-ordinators
  • Champions

This course can be completely customised for each client as appropriate.

Host a teams meeting

  • Create a meeting in Outlook
  • Reserve a Room
  • Attending the meeting
  • Hosting an Ad-hoc meeting

Joining a meeting

  • Joining a meeting as a host
  • Joining a meeting as an internal colleague
  • Joining a meeting as an external guest
  • Starting an unscheduled meeting

Hosting a non-teams meeting

  • Connecting a personal device

In Meeting Functions

  • In call touchscreen controls
  • Share camera
  • Sharing Desktop
  • Managing participants
